We set up the picnic blanket under a tree looking over the water. It was bright and sunny and lovely. After we left the whole sky turned grey and rained on and off for the afternoon ! We were super lucky :)
Felicity made the best food ever ever. There was uber delicious walnut bread [that i only got crappy photos of darn it !] , a garlic and chilli infused chickpea salad, and a lovely sweet beetroot and mint dip. Yum !!!

It was such a lovely thing, we've decided to do it again ! I'm cooking next time. I've been racking my brains to think of some good picnic ideas. Got any you'd like to share?
