I have rekindled my love for camping!!! I inherited my Grandfather's van a few weeks ago and have been waiting and planning for the most opportune time to take it for its first ever camping trip (in my possession).
Firstly I planned to go with my friend Courtney and her friend (now both our friend) Rhiannon, but she is a very busy lady and unfortunately couldn't spare a moment from her busy Newcastle life to come slum it with us :)
We talked and argued about where we wanted to go for ages, then when we did decide on a final list price came in to play lol. $40 a night or close to is too much for camping. So we settled on Gibraltar Range national park and packed accordingly, only to change plans last minute due to several thunderstorm and flood warnings lol.
ANYWAY so we ended up heading to Woody Head! Which I know like the back of my hand (hello hand). We searched and decided on the best camping spot and set up our awesome camp :) we had fairy lights and bunting and crocheted blankets and picnic baskets! People walking past at night exclaimed nice things about how cute it looked :)
I took a heap of film photos since with no power came no phone charge, but i was naughty and took a few shots so i could write this post :)
