Well, not my first studio shoot. But it's still exciting ! There are a few Portrait Competitions coming up and my boss is keen to see what I can produce and what I want to enter, which is daunting but exciting too. Straight away I knew who I wanted to be my subject - Jess, a super awesome chick I met through some people and some parties. We're heading in to the studio at 9am sharp this morning and are going to go ape with some lighting - woo ! I'm super excited to see what effects we can come up with. In the studio, i'll have all four of my work cameras avaliable to use - all Nikon - but I'll definitely use the D3x, no question there lol. I've never really worked with flashes / studio lighting set up and film cameras before, so i'm keen to give it a go :) I'll probably pack something easy like the Ricoh [blah blah, can't remember the model lol] because it's got cheap film in it i have to use up, and I know it works, and yada yada.
Hopefully I'll post some awesome shots tonight !
Oh, and I got my Yashica 635 !!!
Here's a quick shot of it in the studio, I was mid shooting some bottles so I just chucked it on the table and whipped out my mobile phone camera lol.
