Shop Op
How I love my op shop. It's just up the road and you can find the best stuff there, as well as a heap of my old stuff haha.
Here are two gems I scored recently -
A General Electric, Bright Yellow Blender ! It boasts 14 functions, that all sound the same ! Hahaha
A Walkman ! That works great ! $1 !
So I went out and bought a 5 pack of cassettes so I can make myself some mix tapes for the walkman / car.
Thought about pimping my ride, bmx style by attaching this to the frame wrapping speakers off the handlebars, haha it'd be awesome.

So, I turn on Triple J the other day (yaaay for non commercial radiooo) and I hear a voice.

BMX Bandits
It's been stinking hot, and i am desperate for some excersize, so my half sister Mollie and I have been going for some BMX trexs around the joint, her on the back stunt pegs and me trying to peddle like mad lol.
We're rebels.
She wears her new faux nike high tops I bought her for Christmas, i will have to get some shots of her wearing them on here, they're so awesome.
If this rain slows we're going to pack some cheap 35mm cameras and go for another ride tonight, so stay tuned.
And get out and ride a bike.

Argh I am so inspired I just want to bust out and go stalk people on the street to take photos of them. I wish my town's idea of a dress code wasn't hobo-chic *facepalm*

NYE
Well, I had the best NYE ever. Granted this is the first time i've actually kind of felt the need to celebrate it, it was still great fun :)
Started attempting to go to a club, but the lines and entry prices were stupid, and i'm much more a pub than a club girl. So we headed back to a mate's stash from his Still and grabbed some home brewed Jagermeister and a couple of cans of Red Bull and headed to the beach, where we *just* got there with like 2 minutes to spare haha.
There was a big group of people near us, complete with an extremely drunk ex copper with a scanner so they could bail if anyone found out they had a ridiculous amount of Fireworks they were setting off.
It was just a really great night, and we even scored one of the most awesome fireworks to set off at another time.
I didn't get any photos because night, drink and sand does not mix well with cameras, however I took my fisheye so when I get the film developed I shall whack it on here.
